Almost there

There is only one more week of classes left, then finals week, then spring break YAY!!! Some people really stress out about finals, but i for some reason don't. I just think of it like this, if you pass great that means you know the material and you should pass the class, if you fail you didn't learn and you shouldn't pass. Its as simple as that. I think you just have to have confidence that you learned and you will do fine. Tests don't worry me one bit.
Another thing that has been on my mind for the past two months is the weather. I thought I loved the snow, but living in cheney the past couple months conviced me that snow sucks. When I got here from mexico I was exited to see the snow, but a week went by, then a month before the snow began to melt a little. The past couple days have been sunny which makes me happy. I cant wait for all the snow to be gone. Well thats just what has been on my mind this past week.

Ken Griffey Jr

As you may or may not know Griffey is back with the mariners. YAY!!! This guy was amazing before he was traded. I mean they made five video games featuring this guy with the mariners. I think he was even the first baseball player to get a shoe deal. Griffey was huge for seattle back in the day, and i think he's gonna be huge now that he is back with the mariners.

Well this post is well over due, sorry guys. In December i took a trip to Mexico like i usually do, and i had my four wheeler this year so that was fun. I drove with Abner down to Mexico which was pretty fun too. We started a new quarter in school, that's been going good. Lately i have been going back and remembering the days back in high school("like if it was that long ago" yea i can hear you guys already...lol) when i played football and baseball. That was fun and i miss that, i just thank God that i was able to play and that we had such a good season my senior year in football.

For the past few months, or since December 8th to be exact, I have not had a haircut. So, yesterday i got my first haircut that was one that i had to pay for and not by anybody from my family. I was kinda scared, but i went for it. I have to be honest its pretty good, i mean its not Abner but its ok, better than what i had before. I guess its that abner has cut my hair for so long that im used to the way he cuts it.

I'll try to blog at least once a week now, but we'll see what happens.

Today was a good day...i aced my CPLA test which was super easy, i could have passed it when i was in 7th grade...anyway, on to what i really wanted to blog about...tonight i went to the destino bible study, and it was great...there was a special speaker from pasco that adelita brought to speak to us...his name was Jesus Romero, he talked about the generations that Moses brought out of Egypt to the promised land. the first generation, and the second generation are the most talked about and everybody knows about, but the spoke mainly about the third generation that was raised in Canaan and grew up not knowing God, they were the ones that were supposed to spread the word of God and make the nation of Israel become the greatest nation but they forgot their purpose was...which was to spread the word of God and live for him...he said that we should not forget what our purpose was, that God helped us to be where we are and that we should not forget that...it got me thinking...that is so true.
God helped me through out high school when i doubted i would graduate all year long...but i did...He was there when i needed to type an insight resume for eastern and i procrastinated until the last second, but i did it and it got me into eastern...
But the speaker also said that God has a reason for us to do what we do...why we are interested in the things that interest us...and i thought why do i like computers, why am i so good at math? and i hate math...why do i have a family that is so tech savvy??? could it be my calling to reach people though computers, or websites, or anything like that???
I don't know, it was just a thought that stuck in my head after bible study...i just wanted to say that whatever i end up doing its gonna be for the glory of God and i will never forget what he helped me through, and what he has done for me...I'm tired and i gotta get some sleep so i can go work out tomorrow at 6 in the morning...comment, tell me what you think, advice, thanks....peace

First Week of School

So i recently started school at EWU, so far its been better than i expected. By better i mean less difficult than i thought it would be, but i am just starting so i guess i have a lot to look forward to. Alright, my schedule starts off with my orientation class at 8 in the morning every Monday Wednesday and Friday, which is taught by Jennifer. That class is in Williamson hall, then i walk across campus to Kingston hall where i have math 114 everyday at 9 am, then across campus again cpla 120 at 10 am in the computer engineering building. From there i would go to my job at the pub admin office. As for homework, it hasn't been to crazy, math homework is easy so far and I've already had to do a one page paper over the weekend for Jen's class. Well that's all for now.
